Getting started with JIM

To begin tracking your sales, make sure your JIM app is up to date. With JIM, you can:

  • Accept Tap to Pay transactions within the U.S.

  • Make JIM Card purchases worldwide

  • Keep track of your sales and earnings in real time


Accessing your sales information

Using JIM Agent (AI-powered chat)

  1. Open the JIM app

  2. Tap the ✨ button

  3. Type "Show my statements"

The AI assistant will display your sales statements instantly.

Using the statements page

You can also swipe the screen to directly access your statements page for a complete view of your transactions.


Viewing transaction details

Once in your statements view, you can:

  • Browse all sales transactions

  • Select an individual transaction for detailed information

  • Track earnings over time

  • Monitor selling performance
