Once you complete a sale, the app will display a receipt for the transaction. Here’s how you can share it with your customer.
On the transaction confirmation screen, locate and click the 'Share' button.
Enter your customer’s phone number into the provided field.
Confirm the action, and the receipt will be sent via SMS to the customer’s phone number.
If you need to share the sales receipt after the transaction has been completed, or if the customer requests another copy, you can easily do so with the assistance of Jim Helper
Accessing Jim Agent
Locate the Jim Agent feature by finding the ✨ icon. This button is your gateway to a range of services and support options within the app.
Navigating to your statements
Once you've entered Jim Agent, you can request to view your statements. This allows you to browse through your transaction history and pinpoint the specific receipt you need.
Within your transaction statements, scroll or search to find the receipt you wish to share. Once you've located the correct receipt, select it to view the detailed transaction information.
Share the receipt: Look for the 'Share' button and you'll be prompted to enter the customer’s phone number. Input the number carefully to ensure the receipt is sent to the correct recipient.
Once you've entered the phone number, confirm the action to send the receipt directly to the customer’s mobile device via SMS.
This system ensures that both you and your customers have a convenient and reliable method of obtaining transaction records. Whether sharing immediately after a sale or at a later date, the process is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, allowing for seamless communication and record-keeping.
