How can I share my receipts?

Learn how to share transaction receipts with your customers once a sale is completed in the app.

The JIM app allows you to share receipts with customers immediately after a sale or at a later time if they request another copy.


Sharing a receipt immediately after a sale

  1. Complete the sale in the JIM app.

  2. On the transaction confirmation screen, tap the Share button

  3. Enter the customer’s phone number in the provided field.

  4. Confirm to send the receipt via SMS to the customer’s phone.


Sharing a receipt later using JIM Agent

If the sale is already completed and you need to share the receipt afterward:

  1. Open the JIM app.

  2. Tap the ✨ icon to access JIM Agent.

  3. Request your statements by typing "Show my statements".

  4. Browse your transaction history to locate the sale.

  5. Select the transaction to view its details.

  6. Tap the Share button.

  7. Enter the customer’s phone number and confirm to send the receipt.


Tips for accuracy

  • Double-check the phone number before sending to ensure the receipt reaches the correct customer.

  • Keep your transaction history organized for faster lookup.

This process ensures both you and your customers have an easy, reliable way to access transaction records. Whether sending right after a sale or at a later date, the system is designed to be quick and user-friendly.
