  1. How do I start selling with JIM?
    Download the JIM App and complete your seller profile to begin transacting immediately.

  2. How can I charge customers using JIM?
    Open the JIM App, enter the amount to charge, and select “Sell”. The customer then taps their NFC-enabled payment method against your iPhone.

  3. What are the transaction limits with JIM?
    Once registered, you can use all of JIM's features without limits.

  4. How does the JIM Card work?
    The JIM Card is a virtual card ready for payments. After registration, the JIM Card acts as a digital wallet, exclusively using your sales balance as available funds. It can be your payment method of choice anywhere contactless payments are accepted through Apple Pay. At the end of your registration process, you can create a 4-digit PIN for your JIM Card. This PIN will be needed for certain actions involving your card.

  5. Can I withdraw the funds from my JIM Card or transfer them to an external bank account?
    No. The only current way to use your balance is through the JIM Card. You must use your JIM Card via your Apple Pay wallet, as JIM does not support Cash App, Venmo, Apple Cash, or other payment platforms.

  6. How do I add my JIM Card to Apple Pay?
    Open the JIM App, select “Add to Apple Wallet”, and follow the on-screen instructions. Your seller profile must be complete to perform this action.

  7. Is JIM free to use?
    Creating an account and using the JIM Card is free. The only extra charges are the transaction fees (1.99% per transaction).

  8. How do I cancel a sale in the JIM App?
    Access your transaction history by asking JIM’s AI assistant for your statement, select the sale to cancel, and choose the ‘Cancel sale’ option.

  9. What are the requirements to use JIM?
    You need an NFC-enabled iPhone running iOS 17 or newer. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and your iPhone has not been jailbroken.

  10. What should I do if my account registration is rejected?
    Contact JIM’s support team to understand the specific reasons for rejection and get guidance on resolving the issues.

  11. How do I access and use my sales earnings?
    Once your registration is approved, you can spend your sales earnings via your JIM Card, accessible for spending directly from the Apple Wallet.

  12. How can I check my balance in the JIM App?
    Open the JIM App and tap on the displayed JIM Card on the home screen to view your current balance or ask JIM's AI assistant.

  13. How do I share sales receipts with customers?
    After completing a sale, use the ‘Share’ button on the digital receipt to send it directly to the customer’s phone number. Additionally, you can access your transaction history through JIM's AI assistant by asking for your statement, choosing a specific sale and then selecting the ‘Share’ option.
