JIM Card (Instant and free)
The JIM Card is the fastest and easiest way to access your money.

This method is free and instant, so it’s ideal for business owners who need their money right away.
ACH Transfer (Same-day and 1.99% + $0.99 fee)
The ACH Transfer feature lets business owners move money from their JIM wallet directly to any U.S. bank account. Transfers are processed by Lead Bank, JIM’s third-party provider.
Requirements:
Must have an active JIM Card issued by Lead Bank
Account name must match the business owner’s name
No withdrawal restrictions
Fees:
1.99% of the transfer amount + $0.99 fixed fee
Minimum transfer: $15.00
Maximum per transfer: $2,000.00
Daily limit: $3,000.00
How ACH transfers work
When you tap “Cash out” on yout balance screen, you will see both options — JIM Card and ACH Transfer.
If you choose ACH Transfer, here’s the step-by-step process:
Enter the amount you’d like to transfer
See your available balance
Fees and the net amount are calculated automatically
Enter the required details
Review and confirm
Check all transfer details before submitting:
Transfer amount and fees
Net amount you’ll receive
Recipient bank info
Estimated arrival time
Enter your JIM Card PIN to confirm the transfer securely. After submission, you’ll receive a detailed receipt showing:
Transfer ID
Status (Pending, Approved, Failed, or Cancelled)
All transaction details
Option to share your receipt
You can track ACH transfers directly in Statements or through JIM Chat.
Transfers appear in your transaction list along with sales and purchases
When will my money arrive?
ACH transfers are processed on business days through three daily windows:
Submission Time (CT) | Expected Arrival |
Before 9:00 AM | By 12:00 PM |
Before 1:15 PM | By 4:00 PM |
Before 2:00 PM | By 5:00 PM |
After 2:00 PM CT → processed next business day
Weekends & holidays → processed next business day (usually arrives by 7:30 AM CT)
