Tap Already have an account? Log in.

Follow the steps on the screen. You'll enter your SSN, take a quick selfie to confirm it's you, enter your new email and type the 6-digit code we send to your new email.

2. Tap Already have an account? Log in.
3. Tap Continue with email.
4. Tap Forgot your email?
5. Follow the steps on the screen. You'll enter your SSN, take a quick selfie to confirm it's you, enter your new email and type the 6-digit code we send to your new email.

If you don't see Forgot your email?, update the app.

If your account has a Starter limit of $500, verify your identity in the app first. This also removes the limit for good. See <a href="https://help.jim.com/en/articles/12620482-what-is-my-sales-limit-with-jim">What is my sales limit with Jim?</a>

If the app says the email is already in use, try a different one.

If you can't finish the steps, contact us in the in-app chat.
