The JIM Card was designed to make your life easier by giving you practicality and security when managing your money. But there are some rules about where it can and can’t be used.
One of those rules is that the JIM Card can’t be used for certain types of transactions, for security and compliance reasons.
These are transactions that may involve high risks of fraud, money laundering, gambling or regulatory issues. These restrictions are in place to protect you and to ensure that JIM follows financial regulations.
If you try to use your JIM Card on a platform or business that falls under a restricted category, the transaction will be declined. This doesn’t mean there’s a problem with your card, it’s simply a security rule that applies to all users.
