Is my device compatible with JIM?

Ensure your device meets the necessary criteria to use JIM effectively for accepting payments.

To successfully use JIM as a mobile payment terminal and manage transactions, your phone must meet the following requirements:

  • NFC technology

    Required for processing contactless transactions.

  • Software compatibility

    An phone (Android or iOS) running updated software. The device must not be jailbroken. JIM does not work on tablets or computers.

  • Approved account

    You need a fully verified seller profile to accept payments and use your JIM Card.

  • Valid and approved account

    Your registered e-mail is used to securely log into your JIM account.

  • Apple and Google Wallet

    Necessary for adding and using your virtual JIM Card for payments.
