Welcome to JIM! This guide walks you through the essential steps to register your account, start accepting payments, manage your money, and explore smart features like our AI Assistant.

Full registration

Unlock all the features of JIM by completing your full registration. Here’s how:

  1. Open the JIM app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap “Sign in with Apple” and your Apple ID will be linked to your JIM account.

  3. Tap anywhere on your JIM Card inside the app.

  4. Select “Finish your registration”.

  5. Provide the following required information:

    • Business category & description

    • Date of birth

    • Valid ID (Driver’s license or passport)

    • Full residential or business address

  6. Upload a photo of your ID document.

  7. Verify your identity via facial recognition.

  8. Create a secure PIN for your JIM Card.

  9. Complete any other steps required by JIM's verification process.

Once completed, you’ll have full access to JIM’s payment and financial management features.

Start selling

Make sure your device is ready to accept contactless payments:

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone and ensure NFC is enabled.

  2. Launch the JIM App.

  3. Use the keypad to enter the payment amount.

  4. Ask your customer to tap a contactless-enabled:

    • Smartphone

    • Smartwatch

    • Physical credit/debit card against your iPhone to complete the transaction.

Funds are instantly available in your JIM account.

To spend this balance via the JIM Card, you must have a complete seller profile.

Manage your money

Use your JIM Card to make fast, secure payments with your balance:

  1. Open the JIM App.

  2. Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” (located just below your card).

  3. Follow the on-screen confirmations.

Your card is now ready for contactless transactions anywhere Visa and Apple Pay are accepted, online or in-store.

JIM AI assistant

JIM’s AI-powered chatbot is built to support your business 24/7.

You can use it to:

  • View details about sales and balances

  • Cancel transactions

  • Send digital receipts to customers

  • Get instant help using JIM's tools
