Welcome to Jim! This guide will walk you through the initial steps of registering for our service, allowing you to start accepting payments and managing your finances with ease.
Full registration
To unlock all of JIM's features follow these steps for full registration:
Open the JIM app on your iPhone.
Click on “Sign in with Apple”. Your Apple ID will be linked to your account.
Click at any side of your JIM Card.
Tap the “Finish your registration” option.
Provide your personal information, including your business category, business definition, date of birth, ID and full address.
It will be required that you send us an ID (driver license or passport).
Validate your identity via facial recognition.
Choose a PIN for your JIM Card.
Complete any additional steps as required by JIM's verification process.
By following these first steps for registration, you'll be well on your way to utilizing JIM's full range of payment processing and financial management features.
Start selling!
Check your iPhone's settings before using JIM.
Enable the NFC feature on your iPhone.
Launch the JIM App.
Use the app's keypad to input the charge amount.
Tap a contactless-compatible smartphone, smartwatch, or credit/debit card against your iPhone to complete the payment.
The money will be available instantly in your JIM account. To use your balance as funds for your JIM Card, you’ll need to have a complete seller profile set up.
Manage your money
Your account balance can be used to fund your JIM Card payments. Once your account is activated, you can use your virtual JIM Card for contactless payments anywhere Visa and Apple Pay are accepted.
Open the JIM App.
Tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” button just below your card.
Make the necessary confirmations.
By completing these steps, your iPhone will be ready to perform contactless payments with JIM, making your transactions smooth and efficient.
JIM AI Assistant
Use JIM’s AI Assistant chat in the JIM App to know more details about your sales and balance, canceling transactions and sending receipts to your customers.
