Welcome to JIM! This guide walks you through the essential steps to register your account, start accepting payments, manage your money, and explore smart features like our AI Assistant.
Full registration
Unlock all the features of JIM by completing your full registration. Here’s how:
Open the JIM app on your iPhone.
Tap “Sign in with Apple” and your Apple ID will be linked to your JIM account.
Tap anywhere on your JIM Card inside the app.
Select “Finish your registration”.
Provide the following required information:
Business category & description
Date of birth
Valid ID (Driver’s license or passport)
Full residential or business address
Upload a photo of your ID document.
Verify your identity via facial recognition.
Create a secure PIN for your JIM Card.
Complete any other steps required by JIM's verification process.
Once completed, you’ll have full access to JIM’s payment and financial management features.
Start selling
Make sure your device is ready to accept contactless payments:
Go to Settings on your iPhone and ensure NFC is enabled.
Launch the JIM App.
Use the keypad to enter the payment amount.
Ask your customer to tap a contactless-enabled:
Smartphone
Smartwatch
Physical credit/debit card against your iPhone to complete the transaction.
Funds are instantly available in your JIM account.
To spend this balance via the JIM Card, you must have a complete seller profile.
Manage your money
You can access your JIM balance quickly and securely using two convenient cash out options: the JIM Card and ACH Transfer.
Each method suits different needs, whether you want instant access to your funds or prefer sending them directly to your bank account.
The JIM Card is instant and free, offering immediate access to your money on a JIM Visa Prepaid Card, with no transfer fees. You can also add it to Apple Pay or Google Wallet for tap-to-pay purchases, making it ideal for business owners who need their funds right away.
The ACH Transfer allows you to move money from your JIM wallet directly to any U.S. bank account for a 1.99% + $0.99 fee per transfer.
