Download the JIM app, complete your seller profile, and wait for approval. Once you're approved, you can start accepting payments right away.
2. How can I charge customers using JIM?
Open the JIM app, enter the amount, and tap "Sell."
Tap to Pay — Have your customer tap their card or NFC-enabled device on your phone. Fee: 1.99%.
Payment Link — Send a secure link by text, email, or any messaging app. Fee: 4.99% + $0.30.
3. What are the transaction limits with JIM?
Once your seller profile is approved, there's no upper limit on individual transactions or on your daily, weekly, or monthly sales. The minimum sale for Tap to Pay is $1.
4. How does the JIM Card work?
The JIM Card is a virtual Visa Prepaid Card that gives you instant access to your sales balance. Add it to Apple Wallet and use it anywhere Apple Pay is accepted — in-store or online.
There's no physical card and no ATM access. During registration, you'll set up a 4-digit PIN for certain card actions.
5. How do I add my JIM Card to Apple Wallet?
Open the JIM app, tap "Add to Apple Wallet," and follow the on-screen steps. Your seller profile needs to be approved first.
6. Is JIM free to use?
Creating an account and using the JIM Card is completely free. You'll only pay fees when processing transactions:
Tap to Pay — 1.99% per sale
Payment Link — 4.99% + $0.30 per transaction
ACH Transfer — 1.99% + $0.99 per transfer ($15 minimum)
7. How do I cancel a sale?
Ask JIM's AI assistant for your statement, select the sale, and choose "Cancel sale."
8. What if my registration is rejected?
Reach out to JIM's support team — they'll help you and walk you through next steps.
9. How do I access my sales earnings?
Once you're approved, spend your balance with your JIM Card (added to Apple Wallet), or transfer it to a U.S. bank account via ACH (1.99% + $0.99 fee, $15 minimum).
10. How can I check my balance?
Open the JIM app and tap the JIM Card on your home screen, or just ask JIM's AI assistant.
11. How do I share sales receipts?
After a sale, tap "Share" on the digital receipt. You can also ask JIM's AI assistant for your statement and share it from there.
