Create your seller profile
Open the Jim app and tap Get Started.
Enter your business details. If your business has an EIN, tap Yes, I have an EIN and enter it.
Enter your personal details, including your SSN. Jim validates your SSN with trusted identity services to meet regulatory requirements.
Create your Jim Card PIN.
Follow the steps on your screen.
Wait for approval. If you see We are reviewing your information, keep the page open. This only takes a moment. You'll get an email when you're approved, or if Jim needs more information.
You can start selling only after your profile is approved, even with a starter limit.
Tip: Enter your name, SSN and address exactly as they appear on your official documents. A mismatch is the most common cause of delays.
Verify your identity
If you have a starter limit, you can sell up to $500 in total before verifying your identity. To remove the limit:
Tap your name at the top left to open your Account.
On the Sales card, tap Verify Identity.
Follow the steps in the app. You'll take a quick selfie.
Every sale goes through an automatic security review, with or without a starter limit.
